Pop the cork, pour the champagne, we have launched!

I just received an email from California’s Secretary of State, saying that Cross Professional Business Services LLC is now registered.  I was a little worried, because today was the day I was expecting it to come through.  I did an email search and nothing new came up.  Then I went on the SOS website, and it still said pending.  I figured it would have been automated and come overnight.  No, it came a little after 2 in the afternoon.  Well it doesn’t matter when, Cross Professional Business Services, Cross Pro Biz, is a Limited Liability Corporation registered in the State of California, as of October 1, 2021!
